We believe in supporting local and delivering quality, which is why we’re proud to have appointed Civil Force to lead construction at The Nook.
Civil Force is a Geelong-based civil contractor with a strong track record delivering quality residential estates across regional Victoria. Having an experienced local team on the ground means you can trust the work is being done right, by people who understand what it takes to build great communities in this part of Victoria.
Civil Force has kicked off Stage 1 works, covering the essential groundwork that every great neighbourhood is built on.
Earthworks
Excavation of the retarding basin is underway on the western side of the site at the end of SInclair Street.
Services
Sewer installation is now complete, with stormwater drainage and water supply works well advanced.
Roads & Footpaths
Internal road construction is set to commence shortly.
It might not be the look like the most glamorous phase of the journey, but this is the backbone of everything that comes next. Getting these foundations right is what sets the rest of the development up for success.
Completion is on track for end of November 2026 with titles anticipated in January 2027.
We will keep you updated every step of the way as works progress. Stay tuned to this blog and your inbox for the latest from site.
